HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

We hope that you love your purchase. Just in case it’s not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 14 days. Just follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Log in. Click on "Account" at the bottom left.

STEP 2

Click on "Order History." Find your order and click "Request Return."

STEP 3

Select the items you want to return. Choose a reason for the return.

STEP 4

Click the "Request Return" button.

Return Policy

  • We will collect your return within three working days

  • Once we receive your item(s), it will go through our Quality Check process, which takes up to 24-hours

  • All Cash-On-Delivery will be refunded as Store Credit within 24-hours

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account

  • Please ensure all item(s) are returned in their original brand packaging

  • We will send unapproved items back to you

Exchange Policy

  • Hygiene and Safety: For the well-being of all our customers, we’re unable to offer returns , unless there is a clear defected or manufacturing fault.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [ 48 Hrs ] of delivery. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
